Can I change my pledge?
You can change or cancel your pledge at any time before the project’s funding deadline (with one exception). You can increase, decrease, or cancel your pledge at any time during the campaign, with one exception. During the last 24 hours of the campaign, you can’t decrease or cancel your pledge without contacting customer support first — if that action would drop the project below its funding goal.
Once the project has been funded, you can only cancel or change your pledge by making special arrangements directly with the creator.

When will I be charged?
You’re only charged if the project reaches its fundraising goal. You’ll provide your payment information when you pledge, but you won’t be charged. Your payment will only be collected if, at the time of the project’s funding deadline, the project has reached its fundraising goal.
The exact amount you pledged is the amount Kickstarter will collect. If the campaign hasn’t reached its fundraising goal, you won’t be charged, no funds will be collected, and no money will change hands. In some cases we’ll reserve the charge on your card.
Kickstarter and its payment partners may authorize or reserve a charge on your credit card (or whatever payment method you use) for any amount up to the full pledge, at any time between the pledge and the collection of funds.

When will the rewards be delivered?
All physical decks are estimated to be delivered by December 2017. All PDF downloads are estimated to be delivered by September 2017.
All rewards that included access to my on-demand courses are estimated for delivery in September 2017. On-demand courses do not expire.
All time-sensitive rewards (Q&A archive access) will begin as soon as you claim your reward and create a login to access your materials. We ask that you claim your reward within 90 days.

Is there more than one deck?
There is only ONE deck of 45 cards. You can pre-order a physical deck for a $25+ pledge.
The “Full Set” PDF description refers to one PDF download of all 45 cards. You can pre-order a PDF of the deck for a $22 pledge or receive a physical deck + the PDF for a $30+ pledge
The “Sample” PDF description refers to one PDF download of a sample - containing 12 cards. You can get the sample PDF for a $1 or $10 pledge.

Why is international shipping so expensive?
UPDATE: We have been able to reduce the shipping for these regions: CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, IRELAND, MEXICO AND GREAT BRITAIN. You will see a small credit in your account if you overpaid for shipping and are in one of these areas.
We will ship anywhere in the world but it’s crazy expensive, and despite our best efforts to get it lower, there’s no way around the $24-34 it will cost us to ship out of the country.
The plus side is - shipping multiple decks is easier on the wallet. If you get a few friends together - you can get a 3 pack or additional single add-on decks with one pledge and save on shipping so it’s more reasonable.
We’ve also added a NEW REWARD. “The Digital Communicator” allows you to download a PDF of the full set of cards.

Where's my card pdf?
The project creator hasn’t distributed this reward in the survey yet, but will be sending a notification to all backers with this reward once it’s ready. There will be a link in the survey for you to access the downloads, just like your other digital rewards.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
