Hey my loyal amazing backers - we are SO close to getting your online rewards out. Thank you for your patience. In about a week, you will receive an email with a survey and instructions for how to access your rewards and create your online course account (if applicable). 

Here's the rundown of our online delivery - as of 9/18.

Online course access, online archive Q&A access, bonus Communication Workbook PDFs will be delivered to you by Sept 30th. 

Communication Card PDFs are still in process and I'm waiting on final approval. Our estimated delivery is still by Sept 30th, but depending on our proof delivery, we may have to push it to early October.

Fingers crossed - we're on schedule for end of September. 
The email will also ask for shipping information for anyone who ordered a card deck and we are estimating a December delivery for the cards.

She doesn't have final approval, but she's so interested in our progress.  

Going through the cards for final details, and I can't wait to share the box design with you! 

In a couple of weeks, we will begin reward deliveries for on-demand courses and PDF downloads. Please check your email for updates and announcements for how to claim your rewards. 

BACKER HEADS UP:  If your payment method fails and it isn't corrected within the time frame Kickstarter provides, they will cancel your pledge, and I won't be able to send you your rewards. :( 

Finally, I want to give a shout out and big thanks for sharing our campaign to another Kickstarter creator with a totally cool and fully funded project (ending in 44 hours). 

Laura, from the Toddler Tumbler, shared our campaign before we closed last week and if any of you guys have little ones or are in need of a baby shower gift -  check out her project - I totally would have bought this when my kid was a toddler.

Conscious Communication Cards are getting Published! What you need to know...

WE DID IT! We are fully funded and have unlocked 3 stretch goals! 

BACKERS, HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS NEXT... 

1. Your card was charged yesterday 8/16/17. If your payment failed, Kickstarter sent you an email to alert you and let you know how you can fix any payment issues.  

2. Kickstarter gives you a limited amount of time to correct any payment issues. If your payment is not corrected before Kickstarter finalizes the funding, your pledge will be canceled (we can't undo this).  

3. In a few weeks, after funding is finalized, we will send out a survey to collect all necessary information regarding shipping, course choices, etc. 

4. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions. We will continue to post ongoing updates as the Kickstarter wraps up and production on the cards begins.

I jumped online yesterday to do a quick impromptu Facebook Live as our Kickstarter was winding down. I guess it was no surprise that we were funded, but there was no lack of excitement (and exhaustion) as the campaign ended!

If you missed your chance to pledge, it's too late to be a backer, but if you follow our updates, I'll be sure to let you know how you can get your cards as soon as they are available.

CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION FOR TEACHERS

We are 250% funded with 50 hours to go! Sometime yesterday, we unlocked STRETCH GOAL #3 - creating a conscious communication deck for teachers. 

Some kids spend most of their waking hours in school. And, some teachers spend a majority of their time navigating classroom conflicts that take away from time that could be spent nurturing our children's love of learning.

This deck will help educators connect with their students and develop a culture of kindness and respect in their classrooms.

Speaking of teachers, in addition to the curriculum they have to teach, they also have a huge daily responsibility of helping children understand and manage their emotions. 

But, self-regulation takes time to develop. 

My friend and colleague, Suzanne Tucker, has her own amazing - and fully funded - project for helping children develop this emotional awareness. I think the Time-In Toolkit would be a great addition to any home or classroom - and it is available on Kickstarter for the next 11 days! 

Children need guidance, but they also need adults who can calmly stand by them - side-by-side - as partners in learning. Whether the learning is math, reading or learning how to control their impulses, cooperate, and contribute - the cards will create behavioral changes that last!

Week 3 Update: Share your ideas with me!

6 Days to Go!!

We are 23 days in, and about to bring it home with at least ONE more stretch goal in our reach (only 1.2k away).

We rolled forward for over two weeks with no plateau, and unlocked 2 stretch goals within days of our 2nd week. That's pretty amazing.

This week's video update includes info about billing, shipping, and delivery of your rewards.

We're also in the final editing stages, and I want to hear from you!
